The company LEUENBERGER+C S.p.A. is the Controller with regards to the data you supply; this document provides detailed information on the use and protection of such data.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Personal data which you supply and which are acquired by the Controller will be processed to meet obligations taken on during preliminary and definitive contractual discussion, as well as to perform all activities related to the contract and required by law.
More specifically, therefore, the data you supply will be used pursuant to Article 6 para. b) and c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for the following purposes:
1. Execution and management of the request made in the contact
2. Performance of all activities related to the request, including administrative, accounting and/or tax matters
3. Compliance with specific obligations deriving from laws, regulations and/or orders from the relevant authorities
4. Exercising the rights of the Controller in the event of legal disputes
For your protection, please note that the data requested from you are only those strictly necessary for the performance of these purposes, pursuant to the principle of data minimisation outlined in Article 5 para. 1 c) and that failure to supply these would therefore make it impossible to successfully complete what has been agreed.
Data subject to processing
The data we have requested from you and which will be subject to processing for the purposes outlined above can be defined as:
– Identifying data: (name, surname, company, primary residence address);
– Contact data: (Email address and home/mobile phone number);
– Subject of the request
Method of processing
The processing will be performed using both manual and automated means, pursuant to the provisions of Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, by the Controller or parties duly assigned and nominated by them.
Pursuant to article 4, para. 2, please note that the processing may consist of any operation or set of operations such as collection, recording, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, disclosure by transmission, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Retention period
The Controller will retain your data for the entire period necessary to meet requirements, and for the following 10 years.
Transmission of data
For the purposes of complying with the goals of this notice and with the methods under the preceding section, we may transmit your data to a:
– Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Service);
– Banks and credit institutes;
– Public bodies and administrative public administration bodies;
– Judicial authorities;
– Other partner companies;
– All parties to whom transfer is required by law.
These parties will process your data as Independent Controllers.
An up-to-date list of the External Data Processors, on the other hand, is available at the Controller’s registered office.
Your rights, and how to exercise them
As data subject, you have the rights laid out by article 15 – 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, where applicable, which consist of:
– Access;
– Correction;
– Deletion;
– Limitation;
– Lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority;
