Applications

Our adhesives for assembly and coating are designed to offer maximum cohesion and elasticity, while guaranteeing excellent resistance to mechanical stress and high temperatures. The experience we have gained working alongside our customers allows us to offer solutions for assembly or coating of any type of material, such as plastics (polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene), metal, textiles, nonwoven fabrics and foams, using any type of industrial applicator.

Footwear

Termomelt PS
Technical adhesives specifically designed for coating materials such as rubber, imitation leather, foam and synthetic materials in general. Formulation with high softening point (R&B) to guarantee improved gluing performance even at extreme temperatures.

The experience we have gained working alongside our customers allows us to offer Termomelt PS hotmelt pressure sensitive adhesives for assembly or coating of any type of material(polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene), metal, textiles, nonwoven fabrics and foams, using any type of industrial applicator (coating, spiro, atomisation, fiberisation).

Our laboratories are equipped with specific instrumentation which allows the customer’s working conditions to be reproduced, as well as applying the specific ASTM, Afera Finat and PSTC international standards and tests.

The main applications include:

Coating of films and paper for production of adhesive labels and tapes
Bonding of foams and fabrics in mattress production
Inserting mattress springs in pockets
Gluing, pleating and sealing of air filters
Coating of felts, fabrics and PU foams for footwear
Gluing of insulation panels, flooring and coverings for the construction sector
Gluing of caps and plugs
Production of insect and rat traps (pest control)
Non-slip coatings for palletisation of paper or plastic bags

The products are packaged .
Termomelt FP free pack, 0.5 kg packs in 15 kg cases.
Termomelt PS in 170 kg fibre drums or 12 kg silicone-coated trays.
